Luke has built and sold businesses across consultancy, agency and fintech: £250m+ of cloud transformation programmes delivered, a development agency bootstrapped to a team of 60 and £5m+ revenue, and £2bn of annual payroll and payments sold to mid-tier private equity. He is an early-stage tech investor and board member at Dote, TechSkills and Talentloop, a former member of the UK Government's cloud leadership committee, an MBA and a published author.

Tim was on the founding team of iSOFT plc: an £11m VC-backed management buyout, a £123m full IPO two years later, an 11x return, then into the FTSE 250 at a $1bn peak market value. As investing MD he helped build Kent Periscopes into an international market leader with a £20m forward order book and a 10.25x trade sale, and as fractional MD he helped ProDataStack pivot from boutique consultancy to a tech-led proposition. He is an angel investor and board adviser.
